Prize Details:

1.1 The contest will award the following prizes:

1st Prize: Hermes Mini Evelyn Handbag – Worth MYR10,000

2nd Prize: Hermes Carre Pocket Pouch – Worth MYR4,850

3rd Prize: Hermes Escale a la Plage case – Worth MYR1,750

Special Prize : 3 x Mystery Prize for Best Caption (No likes Count)

Eligibility

2.1 The contest is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are residents of Malaysia.

2.2 Participants must also meet all other entry requirements mentioned in these terms and conditions.

Entry Requirements:

3.1 Participants must visit our hoarding poster located at Luxebyni shop in Bangsar Shopping Centre, Level 3, lot 104.

3.2 Participants must take a picture in front of the “photo corner”.

3.3 The picture must be posted on Instagram or Facebook.

3.4 Participants must tag a minimum of three friends in the post.

3.5 Participants must set the post to public and tag @luxe_byni #luxebyni in the post.

3.6 The post should include an impressive and creative caption or content.

3.7 Participants must strive to gain as many likes as possible on their post.

Contest Duration:

4.1 The contest will run from July 1st, 2023, starting at 12:00 AM, to July 31st, 2023, ending at 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time Zone).

Disqualification:

5.1 Participants found to be using spam accounts or engaging in any form of artificial or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to buying likes, will be disqualified from the contest.

5.2 The company reserves the right to review and monitor entries for compliance with these rules. Any entries deemed in violation of the rules may be removed or disqualified at the company’s discretion.

Selection of Winners:

6.1 Winners will be selected based on the number of likes received on their individual contest entry on Facebook or Instagram, depending on the platform chosen by the participant.

6.2 If a participant posts their contest entry on both Facebook and Instagram, the likes gained on each platform will be counted individually for the selection of winners.

6.3 The winners will be announced in August 2023 via our Facebook & Instagram

Rights to Entries:

7.1 Participants grant Luxebyni the right to use their submitted entries for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and other marketing channels.

Liability and Indemnification:

8.1 Participants agree that Luxebyni shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during or as a result of participating in the contest.

8.2 Participants agree to indemnify and hold Luxebyni harmless against any claims arising from their participation in the contest.

Privacy:

9.1 Participant data collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will be handled in accordance with Luxebyni’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

General Terms:

10.1 Luxebyni reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the contest at any time, for any reason.

10.2 The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

10.3 By participating in the contest, participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
